Ruth Clavis

Ruth is an accomplished commercial leader with significant experience in the appointment of senior executives. Throughout her executive search career, she has worked with a diverse range of clients and roles, adding significant value at both strategic and operational levels. Ruth's experience, leadership skills, and ability to challenge the status quo, brings additional strength and diversity to our talented team.  

Before joining FrankTKH, Ruth was Head of Sales and Marketing for The Learning Wave. Prior to that, Ruth was a Director and shareholder with K2 Consulting, a niche executive search business where she was a business owner and manager, following her role as General Manager of recruitment firm Pohlen Kean Ltd.

Outside of work, Ruth loves spending time with family and friends, enjoying theatre and the arts, and being in the outdoors either cycling or hiking bush trails - often in wild and remote locations.
